BCM District – Five male suspects were arrested in King Williams Town CBD while the SAPS members were on foot patrol conducting Operation Vala Konke in the area.
Two hundred and fifty four (254) Mandrax tablets, sixty six (66) sachets of Tik, forty (40) Arms of dagga wereas found in their possession. The estimated street value of the druga is R 80 000-00.
The suspects were arrested on charges of dealing in dagga and possession of drugs and will appear before the King Williams Town Magistrate Court on 27 December 2022.
