A search party was launched for a missing 13-year-old boy and 16-year-old girl reported missing on the 29 January 2022 at Bethlehem SAPS.

Police are looking for a 16-year-old Lebohang Makume residing in Bohlokong, she was last seen by her family on Thursday 27 January 2022. The teenager’s last reported location was at Volgefontein on Friday and has not returned home. She was wearing blue jeans, gold jersey with black dots and pink flip flops. A search party has been launched but with no success.

While on the search, the team also received information about a missing 13-year-old boy named Lehlohonolo Buthelezi. He was last seen by his parents leaving their home in Bohlokong phase 7 for athletics practice at school, he has not returned home. He was wearing multi coloured short pants, grey top and black pair of tekkies.

Both families are pleading to anyone who might shed light on their whereabouts to contact Bohlokong Police Station on 058 307 5800 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111 or by using MySAPS app.
