WESTERN CAPE – Kuilsrivier police are seeking the assistance of the public to trace 20-year-old Deolin Spandiel of Sarepta, Kuilsrivier, who was last seen on Saturday, 05 November 2022. He reportedly suffers from a mental disorder and has not taken his medication since Friday, 04 November 2022.
At the time of his disappearance he was dressed in a pink T-shirt, black flip-flops and black three quarter track pants.
