Port Elizabeth: Detectives from SAPS Bethelsdorp is on the hunt for two suspects allegedly involved in the murder of a 19-year-old female.

It is alleged that on Sunday, 19 April 2020 at about 23:30 Jasmine Fillis was asleep with her 4-month-old baby girl at her house in Timothy Valley when two males forced open the kitchen door. One male held her parents at gunpoint in their room while the other went into Fillis’s room. Gunshots were fired, fatally wounding the young mother. The baby was unharmed.

The suspects then ran off. Suspects are unknown and the motive for the shooting is under investigation. Police is appealing to the community to assist with any information that may lead to the arrest of the suspects.
