Police launch search operation for missing elderly woman

POLOKWANE – The Police in Tinmyne outside Mokopane have launched a search operation for a missing elderly woman, Raesetja Albertina Modisha aged 75, from Marulaneng Village who reportedly went missing on 08 May 2020.
The elderly woman was allegedly last seen by her husband at their home at about 17h00 on that day. She then left without informing him where she was going and she never returned.
She was wearing a lemon yellow dress and black shoes at the time of her disappearance. She is medium built with grey hair.
The SAPS Search and Rescue Team was activated and the joint search operation was conducted comprising of the K9 Unit, the Detectives and the Crime Prevention members joined by the family and the local community, covering the surrounding villages and mountains with no success.
