Premier Mahumapelo saddened by the passing of Tswaing Municipal Councillor

Bokone Bophirima Premier Supra Mahumapelo has joined the residents and the leadership of Tswaing Local Municipality to extent their heartfelt condolences on the passing of Councillor Piet Radebe who died in a car accident this past weekend.

The accident happened on Saturday 29 July 2017, on the R375 road between Sannieshof and his village of Deelpan in Delareyville. At the time of his passing Cllr Radebe was a Ward 1 Councillor and a member of the Tswaing Local Municipality Council.

Death has once again robbed us of a person who has devoted his life to serving his community especially Ward1 to bring about change in the area. It is truly a loss for the municipality and the provincial government which needed dedicated people like him to continue to better service delivery and the audit performance of Tswaing Local Municipality remarked Premier Mahumapelo.

We wish to convey our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Cllr Piet Radebe as well as the community of Deelpan. We wish them strength at this most difficult time concluded Premier Mahumapelo.
