POLOKWANE – The third victim succumbed to the injuries after sustaining burn wounds on the fateful night when the hut in which six family members were asleep was set alight by an intruder,
Vumbhoni Maluleke 22-year-old follow in the footsteps of Vunene Ngoveni, 3 years as well as Nhlayiseko Precious Mabasa 23-year-old who all perished after sustaining burn wounds as a result of their hut being set alight.
The other three are still hospitalized in serious condition.
The 29-year-old man who had been on the run since the incident is expected to appear before Malamulele Magistrate Court on Monday 19 December 2022.
The suspect was arrested at Magona village near Kruger National Park on Friday 16 December 2022.
He is expected to appear before Malamulele Magistrate Court to face charges of three counts of Murder as well as for three counts of attempted Murder.
