Texas-style barbecue restaurant announces master agreement to open eight new locations across Botswana by 2032<\/h4>\n

Dallas, Texas, Sept. 07, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Dickey\u2019s Barbecue Pit<\/a>\u00a0international expansion efforts are showing no signs of slowdown as the world\u2019s largest barbecue concept is bringing its slow-smoked meats and savory sides to more of Africa!<\/p>\n

\u00a0Dickey\u2019s\u00a0announced today that the company signed a Master agreement\u00a0with\u00a0exclusive rights to grow its Africa presence by opening eight locations in Botswana over the span of a decade. The new locations will join Dickey\u2019s first Africa restaurant in Cairo, Egypt. Dickey\u2019s continues to expand its global footprint with additional locations open in Japan,\u00a0Singapore, Philippines and United Arab Emirates and Master development agreements in place in Abu Dhabi, Australia, Brazil, Dubai, Pakistan, Myanmar, Taiwan and Georgia.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Located\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0business district\u00a0of\u00a0Botswana\u2019s capital, Gaborone,\u00a0Dickey\u2019s\u00a01,575-square-foot\u00a0flagship\u00a0location will offer dine-in seating for\u00a0up to\u00a060\u00a0guests,\u00a0carryout,\u00a0and delivery. In addition to\u00a0serving its\u00a0traditional American menu,\u00a0Botswana\u2019s first Dickey\u2019s\u00a0will\u00a0also feature\u00a0local favorites\u00a0such as\u00a0lamb shank.<\/p>\n
