TEMECULA, Californie, 15 sept. 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Nikkiso Cryogenic Industries\u2019 Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group (le Groupe), une filiale de Nikkiso Co., Ltd (Japon), a le plaisir d’annoncer que Nikkiso Cosmodyne a r\u00e9cemment command\u00e9 son usine d’oxyg\u00e8ne et d’azote gazeux TGNO-1000. La nouvelle usine cible la fabrication de verre flott\u00e9 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 vendue \u00e0 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de gaz industriels.<\/p>\n

Le TGNO Nikkiso Cosmodyne est un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur d’oxyg\u00e8ne et d’azote cryog\u00e9nique con\u00e7u pour produire trois flux de produits gazeux\u00a0: le gaz d’azote \u00e0 moyenne pression, \u00e0 haute pression et le gaz d’oxyg\u00e8ne. L’azote \u00e0 haute pression sort directement de la colonne d’azote \u00e0 environ 8,5\u00a0bar(g). Le flux d’azote \u00e0 pression moyenne provient des charges de la colonne haute d’oxyg\u00e8ne et est stimul\u00e9 par un extenseur de flux de d\u00e9chets \u00e0 environ 2,3\u00a0bars(g). L’oxyg\u00e8ne gazeux sort directement de la colonne d’oxyg\u00e8ne qui fonctionne \u00e0 une pression \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 2,3\u00a0bars(g). Tout cela est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec une puissance sp\u00e9cifique faible de 0,27\u00a0KW\/Nm3<\/p>\n

La TGNO-1000 a \u00e9t\u00e9 configur\u00e9e avec des composants pr\u00e9existants en majorit\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de d\u00e9veloppement de cette usine multi-produits. Cela leur a permis d’atteindre les objectifs stricts de leur client de gaz industriel, qui vend les mol\u00e9cules au client de verre flott\u00e9. L’usine fonctionne \u00e9galement sans agent, et peut donc g\u00e9rer les fluctuations de la demande de produits sans intervention humaine.<\/p>\n

Le TGNO pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9 est livr\u00e9 en sections modulaires pr\u00e9-tub\u00e9es, pr\u00e9-c\u00e2bl\u00e9es et faciles \u00e0 installer. Le refroidisseur, les lits d’\u00e9tenderie, les vannes de commutation et le turboexpanseur sont mont\u00e9s sur un seul patin, minimisant ainsi le travail sur le terrain. Le module de la salle de contr\u00f4le abrite le centre de commande du moteur et les analyseurs requis.<\/p>\n
